1) Please tell us about your career goals.
My goal is to become Chief Product Manager (CPO), leading AI-powered digital products that create meaningful social and business impact for mission-driven organizations.
2) Tell us about your internship (i.e., day-to-day responsibilities, special projects/clients, and work culture).
I work with the product team to improve BioBuzz’s digital platform by conducting product research, designing workflows, defining product requirements, and helping build an AI-powered content engine. The work culture is collaborative, fast-paced, and encourages Ownership and creativity
3) Describe the process of obtaining your position. When did you hear of the position and submit your application?
I learned about the opportunity through my university network (Career Coaches) and applied by submitting my application and interviewing with the BioBuzz leadership team. After several conversations about my product management experience, I was offered the fellowship.

5) What have you enjoyed the most about your position or organization?
I have enjoyed solving real product challenges, collaborating with experienced leaders, and contributing to products that support the life sciences community while gaining hands-on experience.
6) How do you believe you have made an impact through your work?
I have helped improve the website migration, designed workflows for the AI content engine, and created product requirements and user experiences that will streamline content creation and improve editorial efficiency.
7) What advice would you give to another student who is seeking an internship or similar experience (i.e., Internship search, Resume, or Interview tips)?
Be proactive, take ownership, build a portfolio that demonstrates your skills, and be prepared to discuss how you’ve solved real problems. Showing curiosity and a willingness to learn can make a strong impression.
