1) How has MTIP impacted your company or ability to hire interns?
MTIP has allowed us to scale our intern hiring, whereby we are able to bring on multiple interns year around. We see this as the ultimate win-win. The state, local communities, colleges and universities, students, and Vine all benefit from this amazing opportunity.
2) What inspired the founder to start the company?
I wanted to work at a company that aligned with my core values (growth, family, and service) and passions (people development, technology, and community). I couldn’t find one. So, I created one for similarly foucused and dedicated people.
3) What problem is the company solving, or what service or feature is the company providing?
Organizations want what’s new and next, leveraging the limitless benefits of technology, but dont know how to get there nor what to do with what they have today. We partner with these organizations to so they successfully realize their vision.
4) Can you share a major milestone or success that has had a significant impact on your company’s growth?
Our commitment to working with colleges, universities, and local workforce development entities/partners to harness the value of talented, dynamic students. We’ve leveraged this ecosystem to pour into students while they provide amazing growth outcomes for us in the form of services and solutions.
5) What is your company aiming to achieve in the next 5 to 10 years?
We want to partner with more organizations to successfully achieve their vision for the future, leveraging and developing more talented people to do so.
6) What advice would you give to someone wanting to start a company in your industry?
Focus on consistently pursuing service to customers and the community by filling a need, based on your passion and capabilities. Invest in relationships. Then, whatever you define as success follows.
